In this 30 Min Kettlebell + Bodyweight Full Body HIIT we will have 2x blocks of exercises. Each block contains 18x exercises, each exercises for 35 seconds long and with 15 seconds rest in between. After each 2x exercises with the kettlebell there will be a bodyweight exercise. After the first block there will be a 50 seconds water-break.
